Tom Dickens has more than a decade of grassroots and targeting experience and has served in senior roles in government, political campaigns, and committee posts across the nation, most recently serving as Director of Political Strategy for the Republican National Committee.
Tom’s background includes work on Scott Brown’s successful 2010 campaign for U.S. Senate and managing the grassroots turnout and targeting efforts for Scott Walker’s historic recall election victory in 2012. Tom served as Political Director for Governor Chris Christie’s successful re-election campaign in 2013 where the Governor won more than 60% of the vote in deep-blue New Jersey and served as Deputy National Field Director of the Republican National Committee in 2014 when Republicans claimed sweeping victories across the nation winning back their majority in the U.S. Senate and expanding their majority in the U.S. House.
Tom also served as Political Advisor to the Trump-Pence 2016 campaign for the battleground state of Maine, turning the second congressional district’s electoral vote red for the first time since 1988.
Tom has also served in senior posts in federal and state government, working as Special Assistant to the U.S. Secretary of the Interior and Director of External Affairs for Governor Charlie Baker of Massachusetts.
