Ariel Estrada

Ariel serves as Director of Human Resources and Recruitment at In Field Strategies.

As a Director of Human Resources and Recruitment, Ariel has experience in staffing nationwide campaigns which include city council, state, and non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining IFS, Ariel was serving a leadership role at a non-profit organization based out of the South Bay in San Diego, California. In this role she acquired expertise in the areas of managing teams, adaptability, influence within an organization, leadership skills, managing grants, networking internationally, and the implementation of  projects both nationally and abroad.

Ariel also serves as a liaison for a Non-Profit organization based out of Lyantonde, Uganda.  This comes after networking while studying abroad in Africa. Specializing in sponsorship, funding, and implementing micro credit projects among women in rural villages.

Ariel received a Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University in International Security and Conflict Resolution. She currently resides in San Diego, CA.
